Thanks for reading. I did not encounter this issue initially, and it seems the warning will be showing for the matplotlib version greater than 3.2.1. Someone opened an issue in matplotlib github repository https://github.com/matplotlib/matplotlib/issues/18848, and it's not yet been fixed.

You may just ignore/suppress this warning since it does not impact the outcome.
